Purpose of Establishment This standard aims to define the message sets required to provide services for cooperative autonomous vehicles operating in ports. Scope of Application This standard applies to information exchanges within the smart port infrastructure system, including vehicle management systems, roadside units (RSUs), and onboard units (OBUs), as well as between OBUs. |
